We are pleased to announce that Stefan Frick has joined Mercuri Urval (MU) as a Senior Consultant based in Hamburg, Germany.
He advises organisations on the appointment of leadership and key positions as well as on leadership and organisational development topics, with a particular focus on the public sector and organisations of high societal relevance.
What attracted me most to MU was the opportunity to combine my previous experience in executive search, talent acquisition and strategic client work with a clear focus on leadership and organisational effectiveness. Having already worked at MU earlier in my career, I know and value the company’s client-centric approach, high professional standards and collaborative culture. – Stefan Frick
Stefan brings more than ten years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search, strategic account management and partnership development. Before returning to MU, he held several roles at XING and NEW WORK SE, most recently as Senior Partner Manager. There, he built and developed strategic partnerships, designed joint growth and go-to-market initiatives, and worked closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, product management and leadership.
Previously, as a Key Account Manager at XING, Stefan advised public-sector clients, municipal companies, transport operators and energy providers throughout Germany on recruitment and employer-branding challenges. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the sector’s key priorities, including talent shortages, digital transformation and employer competitiveness.
Stefan’s experience in leadership acquisition, strategic client work and the public sector makes him a valuable addition to our team. We are delighted to welcome him back to Mercuri Urval and look forward to the impact he will create for our clients. - Dennis Tanke, Partner & Director
Stefan began his career at MU in 2014, where he worked in a range of consulting roles, most recently as Engagement Manager. His return combines his experience in leadership acquisition with extensive market knowledge and a strong track record of building trusted client and partner relationships.
I am particularly looking forward to supporting public-sector organisations and other institutions of societal importance in addressing their leadership and talent challenges. I am excited to work with colleagues, clients and partners to identify and develop the leaders who can create sustainable impact. – Stefan Frick
Stefan holds a Master in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius.
