A high-impact leadership role in a leading Swiss industrial organization shaping its next chapter within an international group environment.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Lead and shape the Swiss People & Culture agenda across two industrial entities within an international group structure
  • Drive the post-acquisition integration, aligning processes, governance, and organizational structures while fostering a shared leadership culture
  • Identify and realize synergies across all People&Culture domains, ensuring efficiency, scalability and operational continuity
  • Ensure consistent governance standards and full compliance with Swiss labour legislation
  • Support leaders through cultural alignment and change processes in a multi-site environment
  • Leverage data and people analytics to inform strategic organizational decisions
  • Represent the Swiss organization within regional and international group forums and actively contribute to broader corporate initiatives

Your Profile:

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline, combined with a strong professional HR foundation
  • Senior international HR leader with a proven track record in transformation, matrix organization and ideally post-acquisition environments
  • Strategic business partner with the ability to translate corporate objectives into pragmatic, high-impact People & Culture initiatives
  • Experienced in leading and developing HR teams across locations, implementing scalable governance and performance frameworks aligned with global standards
  • Confident stakeholder manager and trusted sparring partner to executive leadership at local and international level
  • Resilient, solution-oriented, and execution-driven personality, with a pragmatic mindset and strong impact
  • Fluent in German and English
