Since 2013, Tobias Becker, based in Duesseldorf, is a member of Mercuri Urvals Automotive and Technology Industry sector Group where he co-leads the Process Technology & Packaging Practice. Tobias serves national and international mid-size companies as well as corporate groups (i.e. DAX-30 constituents) and focuses on Executive Search, Talent Advisory such as assessment and development centres and HR Due diligence services.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Tobias worked for several years for another leading Executive Search company based in Duesseldorf. On top, he gained experience within the financial industry.
He is the co-founder of an international start-up within the financial industry.
Tobias gained his Degree in Management and Economics at Ruhr University Bochum.
He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and German.
