Reclaim Work – How Work Can Inspire Hope Again

Webinar invitation | Thursday, 26 November 2026, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (CET)

We are pleased to invite you to our Mercuri Urval webinar on the following topic: Reclaim Work – how work can inspire hope again.

Work brings people together, challenges them, and plays a crucial role in determining whether we gain or lose hope. But what can leaders and organisations do in practical terms to make work once again a place of impact, development, and confidence?

On the occasion of his new book, Reclaim Work, labour researcher and author Dr Hans Rusinek will offer insights into the future of work in a digital keynote—from exhaustion and “quiet quitting” to leadership and organisational culture, and the question of what defines human work in the age of AI.

Topics will include:

  • Why hope is not a “soft factor” but an organisational capability
  • Why many workplace problems lie not with individuals, but with the organisation
  • What leadership has to do with capability, willingness, and permission
  • How we can redesign work in the age of AI
