Mia Hvilshøj Dal is part of Mercuri Urval's public team in Copenhagen. Mia specialises in the educational sector and solves a wide range of tasks such as Recruitment, Search and Leadership and Management Development across all levels of educational institutions. Additionally, she carries out organisational analysis and focuses on the institution's strategic development. In addition to the educational sector, Mia is involved in activities particularly within the utilities sector, in other professional organisations as well as in NGOs.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Mia has worked with management consulting, organisational development, strategic communication, empowering volunteers and assisted directors and board members. She has worked as a communications consultant in North Zealand Police and as strategic development consultant in Danner.
Mia is chairwoman of the board at her children's school and has previously worked for 15 years as an volunteer in various international organisations.
Mia has an MSc from the University of Roskilde and has a postgraduate diploma in management in the public sector with special focus on occupational professional organisations.
