Serena Scalzo is an Executive Researcher and part of Mercuri Urval’s Strategic Accounts Team. She is based in Aarhus, Denmark but works with colleagues, candidates and clients across the globe, specialising in international and cross-border searches. She has successfully conducted searches for clients in Denmark, Germany, UK, Norway, US and Italy, to name a few.
Prior to her move to Denmark, Serena was a Consultant at a boutique Recruitment Consultancy in the UK. Here she worked closely with both local and international clients to find high-quality Personal Assistants and Coordinators for their senior staff members.
Originally from London, Serena is a native English speaker with Italian heritage. She is also a confident communicator in Danish.
