Mikkel Skole is leader of a team of consultants in Aarhus and is dedicated to assisting small and midsize companies in working and growing internationally. Mikkel focuses on executive search, executive coaching and organisational development. He is also as an associated member of Mercuri Urval's International Bid Office (IBO) and has been responsible for developing the Management Development Programme, a product that is today offered internationally by Mercuri Urval.
Before joining Mercuri Urval, Mikkel owned a small handful of successful companies in the restaurant, catering and wine import business which he sold in 2006.
Mikkel is a certified coach by ICF (International Coach Federation).
Mikkel graduated as a Master of Law from the University of Aarhus in 2006 and earned an Executive MBA at IE Business School, Madrid in 2015.
