Lars Sørensen has since 2007 been working with small and midsize companies in the industrial sector and with a complete value chain. Lars primarily works with board & executive, executive search and organisational development. Within board & executive, Lars works as an executive coach for business owners in connection with generational change and business and strategy development. Other topics are evaluation and development processes for boards and management groups. Within executive search, Lars focuses on board members and CEOs, and organisational development covers for example alignment, communication and "one company".
Before working at Mercuri Urval, Lars managed his own international production and sales company which employed more than 200 people. In this role he worked with product development, procurement, production, sales, key account management, strategy and the overall management at board and management level.
Lars has experience with board services. Furthermore, he has experience with venture capital, generational change, building international production and supply chain, and he has managed development projects and made business agreements with large international retail companies.
Lars is a trained product engineer and has an international Executive MBA. He is proficient in English due to stays in South Africa and the US, and he has knowledge of German and the Scandinavian languages.
