Mikkel Skole, Executive Vice President & Partner and member of our Leadership Team, has been with Mercuri Urval since 2007. He is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
As an MU Expert, Mikkel has worked extensively with both executive search and our talent services focusing on C-level and board positions. He is a core-member of our Digital & Transformation Practice and is an ICF certified coach.
After finishing his E-MBA, he became a team leader in Aarhus in 2014 and started the track towards central manager in 2017 until being appointed Executive Vice President in 2020. He is today overall responsible for two regions: Nordics and Central South (France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Spain)
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Mikkel was a successful entrepreneur, creating a small handful of successful companies within the hospitality industry. He has a Master’s degree in Law from Aarhus University (2006) and an E-MBA in International Business from IE Business School in Madrid (2014).
