Your tasks and responsibilities
Responsible for the performance and profitability of the Austrian company, led by the Managing Director DACH
Focus on mid to high-end B2C consumer market, drive the brand’s awareness, create demand, have an omni-channel 'Go-to-market' approach, build an even stronger position in the B2B (professional) sector
Develop a digital sales & marketing strategy, boost e-commerce sales to note in the brand’s own ecom channel
Produce an Annual Business Plan in line with directives, meet and exceed the agreed business KPIs and metrics
Represent the views of the Group and its policies, ensure that company guidelines and directives are implemented and owned by all team members
Provide on-the-job coaching and training where required to respective members of staff
You have a proven track record in modern omni-channel focused key account management on the Austrian market, preferably for a premium brand in direct-to-consumer and in B2C / B2B sector (key account multi-channel) sales.
3-5 years of sales & marketing experience with progressive commercial and managerial responsibilities and a strong emphasis on e-commerce activities
Experience in digital sales & marketing in Austria, preferably with a major international CPG/CDG, ICT or Tech brand
Bachelor degree is an advantage
You are a natural leader and business enthusiast, with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills to build and manage profitable sales. You are collaborative and a great team-player, open and inclusive.
You have the ability to innovate, identify new business opportunities and capitalise on them - entrepreneurial, while consistent and balanced in style.
Native or equivalent full proficiency in German is a must; English full proficiency is required
Flexible home base location, can be home-office based, some flexibility in in-person presence (variable office locations, travel etc) required
Affinity for sports and tech in general is a plus
Possibility to actively contribute to the successful development of the Austrian market and to transform the Austrian entity into a profitable, sustainably growing business

Competitive package: basic salary with a bonus system up to the level of € 70.000,-, with a possibility to overpayment depending on experience and role fit
