Laurence Nguyen is an associate consultant at Mercuri Urval, based in Berlin and Paris. She is a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory team and its Global Digital & Transformation Practice.
Laurence focuses on helping leaders navigate complex transformations and high-stakes decisions. She advises a diverse range of clients in sectors such as health, education, media, and government. Her core expertise covers top-level executive coaching, talent strategy, and leadership assessment, with a special emphasis on fostering impact, innovation, and gender equity.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval in 2024, Laurence was an entrepreneur in media and strategic communications for over a decade, notably serving as external communications director in e-learning and digital education. She also led projects in security and defence for the French government.
She contributes to pro bono initiatives and global innovation networks through different roles and leadership communities. Laurence bridges strategic insight with a human-centric approach to leadership, blending conventional expertise with bold, cross-sectoral thinking.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg and has pursued further training at MIT and INSEAD. She is fluent in French, English, and German.
