Benjamin brings a wealth of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. His focus lies in placing key leadership roles within the Industrial & Life Sciences sectors.
As a Partner & Director, Benjamin is responsible for MU’s Main Office Düsseldorf and serves as a member of the German Management Team.
He has worked with complex, large and medium-sized international clients for more than twelve years. His client portfolio is diverse spanning the Machinery, Industrial Products, and Life Science sectors, with a specific emphasis on serving the German Mittelstand.
Within his designated markets, Benjamin has successfully conducted a wide array of leadership advisory work and executive searches, covering various levels of functional and general management roles. His expertise ranges from C-suite appointments to mid-management positions.
Prior to joining MU in 2016, Benjamin contributed to the Global Industrial and Technology Practices of another prominent Executive Search company. His career began in the legal department of one of the Big 4 accountancies, where he gained valuable consulting experience. Additionally, he worked with an Executive Search boutique that specialized in Legal & Professional Services mandates.
Benjamin holds an Assessor Iuris degree, he is fluent in both German and English.
