Olga Kuźma based in our Warsaw office has been with Mercuri Urval since 2013.
In her role as Team Operations Coordinator, Olga organizes and administers our work with clients, candidates and partners. Although every day varies, some of the main tasks are to assist our Team Leader to manage the office, book and coordinate assignments. Furthermore Olga has an additional responsibility connected to office management including: cooperation with subcontractors, media representatives and media agencies, administering IT applications and the company website, maintaining qualification tests. Olga also executes dedicated HR tasks and she is a local contact for GDPR privacy and personal data protection matters, ensuring the highest quality is upheld in our processes and way of working.
