Regional Manager USA and South Europe (m/f)

Develop the business in the above mentioned regions (USA, Italy, Spain)

Acting as enabler and link between the Corporate Holding in Germany and the Businesses in the countries.

The position

Your responsibilities will include


  • Development and implementation of the agreed strategy and corresponding action plans in the region according to the headquarter. Continuous development of the strategic plan by elaborating technological and financial opportunities.

  • Full financial responsibility for the operation including P&L responsibility.

  • Accomplishment of objectives of the subsidiary by developing plans, budgets and measuring results.

  • Ensuring quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

  • Acting as a leader to ensure goal attainment for all regions and departments.

  • Selection and development of key personnel in each country / legal entity (1st & 2nd level).

  • Ensuring profitability, monitoring financial performance of the company and making changes wherever necessary to address deficiencies.

  • Responsible for ensuring the most effective utilization of all resources, reviewing and overseeing all operations, responsibility to achieve financial and operational expectations.

  • Working within the matrix organization (Holding, Production, Product Development, Finance & Marketing) to achieve agreed targets and to execute action plans.

  • Work out of home office, back office support from Headquarter in Germany (Region Düsseldorf or Frankfurt preferred).



What you’ll bring to the role


  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics or Engineering.

  • Proven practical experience in B2B sales with a minimum of 5 years leading a direct operation.

  • Ideally experience in the rental business, service business with multiple branches in an area, service companies or branches affiliated with construction-, event market- or waste disposal industry.

  • Experience in working abroad, at an international level

  • Excellent communication skills in German and English. Italian or Spanish knowledge is an advantage.

  • Sound financial understanding, entrepreneurial business approach with a strong commercial and operational focus, structured way of working.

  • Result-driven and service-minded personality, never losing the strategic targets.

  • Coach for your team, excellent communicator and a natural leader knowing how to inspire and motivate.

  • High integrity and ability to manage conflicts.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
