Paul is a Consultant based in the United Kingdom.
Having worked as a Management Consultant for over 14 years in global consulting firms, he has a great deal of experience of working with FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations across multiple industries including Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences and Manufacturing sectors on cultural change and transformation programmes.
Paul works directly with clients on the design and implementation of leadership evaluation and development programmes, typically to support significant strategic and organisational change. He acts as an Advisor to C-Suite leaders within a number of global organisations, helping them to identify the leadership capabilities required to drive their unique strategy and to ensure they have the right leaders in place to deliver. He is an experienced Assessor and Executive Coach and has worked with many senior leaders and leadership teams.
In previous organisations including Korn Ferry and Signium, Paul has led a number of large assessment and development programmes as well as being the Global Account Director for several blue-chip clients.
Paul holds an MBA (with Distinction) from University of Leicester Business School and a Diploma in Management.
