In addition to her formal training, Clare has spent much time researching the worlds of accelerated learning and coaching, which has taken her to a range of teachers across the globe. She is relentless in her search to find new ways to enable lasting change and results for her clients, and is always keen to explore the cutting edge of psychological research.

After embarking her career in the finance sector, Clare went on to further her career as a Business Psychologist with SHL Group where she led consulting teams working on national and international assessment assignments for some of the world’s top companies.  Since then she has assisted with the set up and running of several smaller consultancies.
