By our perfectly coordinated range of products/brands, complete conceptual solution of sheet materials for visual communication and everything from a single source we have a unique possibility to extend and develop the Scandinavian market even more! All business and sales in Scandinavia are managed by distributors and the main purpose in your position will be together with our Project Development Manager to drive market demand, which will enlarge the business of 3A Composites Distributors. Expertise on market trends and customer needs are the main sources to improve our offering position. In other words, you will be in a key position for our future business! As responsible for sales projects in the Scandinavian market, you are located in South/West Sweden or Copenhagen area. Belonging to an international sales team and reporting to a Sales Team Leader.
Responsibilities and result expectations:
Strengthen and extend the market position on the Scandinavian market. Identify opportunities and realise sales targets of all Display products and guarantee the best relationship to final customers (e.g. retailers, hotels, gas stations)
and to fabricators (e.g. printers, shop fitters) through managing requests and projects in a professional way. This involves activities like:
• Project generation and tracking (requests, offers, complaints, etc)
• Technical and commercial support to final customers and fabricators
• Analyse and attain expertise of market situation, competition, pricing etc
• Support and motivate distribution partners and mainly end-users as well as decision makers
• Introduction- and product training
• Generating a lot of contacts and building relations through high presence on the market. In the end-market 4 days/week (80% decision makers, processors etc;20% distributors)
You have a post-secondary education or degree in sales and marketing. Through years of work within the printing industry and experience from the field of Display you have acquired a profound knowledge about the market and/or products. You have even come to the insight that you want to continue your professional development within the Display business.
You are experienced in sales to processors of materials or fabricators, like printers; thermo-former or shop fitter. With your printing or clear sheet background you are a problem solver and reliable speaking partner to our own manufacturing units as well to fabricators. Ideal background is sales experience to both final customers and fabricators.
Building relationships externally as well as internally motivates you a lot. Your thinking and acting are customer oriented But if you are challenged by and a master in balancing different interests like production targets and customer needs by considering P/L aspects from both sides, you could be the person we are looking for.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking and writing in English is of course on your record. Have you previously been working independently on a Nordic level, reporting to a manager outside Sweden, this could be a perfect match and an opportunity for a career within our company!
