Niklas joined Mercuri Urval in 2015. He focuses on Executive Search and Talent Management. In addition, he is responsible for managing some of Mercuri Urval’s largest global key accounts. Besides his own client work, Niklas is a Team Leader and member of the Leadership Teams in Finland and Asia-Pacific. He is also heading Mercuri Urval’s international Machine Building taskforce, dedicated to serving clients in the industry. In the Asian market, Niklas works mainly on Executive level assignments for European companies looking to grow in the region.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval Niklas co-founded and worked in a start-up company, which today is one of Finland’s top AI growth companies. Niklas also has experience working as a recruitment consultant and a sales manager in his hometown Turku.
Niklas is a certified ICF coach and he has an M.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics, Turku, Finland. He is native in Finnish and speaks English (excellent), Swedish (conversational) and German (moderate).
