We process the Sensitive Personal Data set out above for the purposes of providing services to you, at your request. Those services include leadership acquisition or advisory services (including processing your completed surveys, questionnaires, records of your interviews), proposing you as a candidate for roles, providing you with feedback, coaching and advice, and providing other services we may agree to provide to you at your request (together, our “Services”).

Affected categories of personal data

Participating in our Services could involve the processing of Sensitive Personal Data, because information collected through those Services may include information in which, for example, your health data or demographic data may either be directly stated, or may be inferred. Such information is Sensitive Personal Data for the purposes of the GDPR.
