Reena Srivastava

Office Manager

Reena based in our Bangalore office has been with Mercuri Urval since 2008.

In her role, Reena organises and administers our work with clients, candidates and partners. Although every day varies, some of her main tasks are to manage the office, managing the management information system and support & administer client and market activities.

Furthermore Reena has an additional responsibility connected to:

  • Office management including partners and vendor management
  • HR related activities including HR policies, employees grievance handling
  • Data protection ensuring the highest quality is upheld in our processes and way of working
  • In her role as Sales Operations Controller, she ensures that all employees are filling the MIS regularly and the information is updated
  • Finance related including timely client invoicing and funds management
