Lene Juul is our Global Head of Compliance and Data Protection, and she works with building up working methods, practices and operations for ensuring awareness of, and compliance with Mercuri Urval’s company standards – making sure that we offer a One Company Delivery of Executive Search, Professional Recruitment and Talent Advisory worldwide. Lene is also Mercuri Urval’s Data Protection Officer.
Lene conducts compliance audits throughout Mercuri Urval’s organisation aiming for the Highest Standards of All in our delivery processes, and making sure that all Mercuri Urval employees are constantly living up to the high standards of data protection that we as a company are aiming for.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval’s central team in 2017, Lene worked in Mercuri Urval’s Danish business unit with project management, implementing new processes and ways of working, and as Head of Administration. Lene joined Mercuri Urval in 1989.
