Lars Grassmann

Lars Grassmann, based in Dusseldorf, is working since 2017 as an Executive Researcher at Mercuri Urval. Lars is responsible for searching the perfect candidates for Mercuri Urvals's clients. He focuses on industry (chemisty and automotive) and logistics.

Lars Grassmann started to work in the executive search industry in 2009 in a smaller company in Bonn, Germany. After that Lars Grassmann changed to a german market leader in Dusseldorf and worked there for about 6 years.

Lars earned a title as Magister Artium in  Political Science, National economics and history of economics (Rheinisch-Westfalische Technische Hochschule Aachen).
