Ralf Biele, based in Dresden, is specialised in the fields of management audit, executive assessment and coaching, leadership development and change management – working with individuals and teams. He is building up close relations to his clients and is giving a strategic support to clients in East Germany. Typical clients are public companies and foreign investors from different industries.
After a Postdoc Fellowship and a task in the family business Ralf joined 1994 Mercuri Urval as a Management Consultant.
Ralf is Member of the Board at Company WG "Glückauf" Süd Dresden e.G. and Member of the Board at trade association proDresden e.V.
Ralf earned a Dipl.-Gartenbauingenieur and a Ph.D. at Humboldt University Berlin. He is a Associate Certified Coach (ACC) examined by the International Coach Federation.
