Yolanda Azcona Arana is originally from San Sebastián. She holds a Master´s degree in Human Resources Management by IE Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law by University of Deusto (Bilbao)

 

Prior to joining Mercuri Urval she worked as HR Manager for Continente Shopping Centres and Champion (Promodés Group, today Carrefour), with responsibility in the design and implementation of HR policies (selection and development plan, labour relations and payroll administration). Previously, she has also been a HR and Legal Advisor in the publishing sector (Aglo).

 

She joined the Mercuri Urval team in February 2000 as consultant at the Spanish headquarters in Madrid. Her added value is align the organizational and individual development with the client’s strategy, in all the areas as Analysis, Assessment, Development and Selection, as an external Manager of Human Resources.
