"The Successful Executive" article series
The series was introduced by our Chairman, Roger Hagafors, in a letter that marked the start of our 50th celebration earlier this year.
In the first articles of the series, we focus on how to ensure that YOU as a non-executive member of a board actually contribute to its success. We do it by answering the important – but often overlooked – question: What individual traits and capabilities do you need to be a successful board member?
The second article cover 10 questions you need to answer to become a more successful leader. Our experts have found that successful leaders are set apart from others by their ability to understand and identify what leadership capabilities are required to succeed in it. So, how do you decide which leadership capabilities your unique leadership situation requires?
