The Role

  • Develop strategic plans to maintain and grow the business, to successfully

    implement company policy and control finances.

  • Ensure effective dialogue between the shareholders and the board.

  • Build and maintain an effective management team and assume full

    accountability for the board for all company operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and certificated

    standards. Proactively review financial performance.

  • Directly manage and review reportees performance and development, providing the company and management team with leadership and direction.

  • Provide strategic input into assigned operational areas specifically looking at

    efficiency, quality and maintaining competitive and client focused services.

  • Uphold, safeguard and promote the organisation’s values and philosophy relating

    particularly to ethics, integrity and corporate responsibility.

     

The Person

  • Of graduate calibre, you will possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience gained in an MD/General Management capacity with P&L responsibility.

  • A proven track record of delivering sustainable growth within an SME , preferably involved in the B2B Service Sector.

  • A background in a Business/Professional Services environment would be preferable.

  • Strong sales leadership capability combined with an operational focus, you will possess the drive and tenacity to succeed in a complex and dynamic business environment.
