The position

Responsibilities and tasks

  • At all times, retain a coherent overview of the business financial performance and address potential performance gaps rapidly and effectively, managing the P&L of the business.

  • Provide strong and inspirational leadership to the Swiss business. 

  • Develop and Implement a new Go-to-Market-Strategy based on deep understanding of market demand and customer needs.

  • Direct and lead the business operations of Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR.

  • Achieve competitive advantage and improved margins, by delivering improvements in cost, time and quality to create a world class experience for the customers. 

  • Manage relationships with key account customers, develop new clients and relationships as well as manage local agency relationships and support their efforts.

  • Establish and deepen relationship with Associations and organizations within the Public Sector.

Your skills

  • Master degree in commerce/economics, ideally MBA

  • Minimum of 6 years proven experience in managing and leading with P&L responsibility

  • Extensive experience in B2B service in Real Estate industry or utilities sector

  • A proven track record to lead, motivate and coach a team

  • A proven ability to articulate a vision and drive performance to achieve profitable growth in a demanding market

  • Proven strong strategic thinking with experience in business, commercial and marketing development

  • Stakeholder management of customer contacts ranging from OEMs to Key Clients

  • International experience, familiarity with cultural sensitivities of a multi-national business

  • Business fluent German, English and ideally also French language skills
