The position

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Responsibility and accountability for the sales and financial performance in Switzerland including full P&L responsibility

  • Development and execution of sustainable, customer-centric Marketing and Sales strategy for Switzerland to ensure the company’s growth, also with focus on continuous improvement and innovation

  • Definition  and establishment of business plans, sales incentives, budgets and rolling forecasts including the implementation of cost-effective processes and tools across various departments

  • Good understanding of the market and customer needs, maintenance of a network of key stakeholders and keeping a strict monitoring of the major competitors

  • Driving the business with existing and new products according to the business plan

  • Promotion of cross selling across the international Sales organisation

  • Leading of the management team of Switzerland and development of people across the entire organisation

  • Preparation and implementation of the digital transformation of the Sales organisation

Your skills

  • Master degree in Engineering (STEM)

  • Education in Business Administration / Economics 

  • 10-15 years of relevant international leadership experience in the HVAC or building construction industry

  • Successful proven track record in a similar sales management function in a leading market position with a challenging, innovative approach in an international environment

  • Profound experience with different sales channels

  • Proven track record to translate strategies and concepts efficiently into concrete and successful actions to reach overall business objectives

  • Excellent English and German language skills (oral and written), good French language skills are mandatory

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (mainly in Switzerland)
