About the role
Setting and driving global product and portfolio strategy, in line with the overall strategic ambition and in alignment with global leadership
Driving the overall portfolio agenda, including front line initiatives, product lifecycle and deliverables
Setting discipline in being on time and on quality with launches, including ammunition kit and marketing communication materials across all touch points
Leading go-to-market choices of total portfolio
Leading and developing a global Product Marketing team
Ensuring cross-functional team and stakeholder alignment
You have 15+ years of experience within marketing and brand development in a global branded consumer goods company, with at least 5 years in a similar role
You have expertise in product portfolio management, innovation and design
You are fully operational in all Product Marketing matters, especially within Category Strategy Development, Category Planning, Go-To-Market Strategies and Product Lifecycle Management
You possess thorough knowledge of design of integrated multi-channel campaigns and a track record of using these campaigns to accelerate brands
You have strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive and develop a team internationally
You are experienced and motivated to work across a diverse range of markets and understand how to bridge cultural differences
