We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for Maki Finland to collaborate with customers within the toy industry in the Finnish market. As the Key Account Manager for the Finnish market, you will be responsible for designated customer accounts, their sales performance, business planning and budgeting. You have the chance to influence and develop key customers’ product portfolios and collaborate on marketing campaigns. We value previous Key Account Manager experience in retail or wholesale sector. As the Key Account Manager, your role will involve overseeing one of the largest hypermarket customers in Finland, as well as managing a selected group of smaller accounts. You will report to the Sales Manager in Finland.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales collaboration within the retail/wholesale sector, preferably in consumer goods (e.g., toy, game, fashion, home decor).
- Analytical and data driven way of building long-term customer partnerships.
- Several years of experience handling customer relationships (hypermarket), preferably in a Key Account Manager role.
- Proactive and independent work ethic.
- Competitive and result-oriented team-player.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Finnish and English.
- Great user in Excel and PowerPoint.
