We are looking for VP Sales / Sales Director, Sensor solutions to develop and build our sales organization and partner network channels internationally with main sector focus in Automotive and Logistics.
You will be responsible for ramping up global sales teams and organization, building sales channels and partner network internationally. You will plan and execute sales strategy as well as lead and develop sales operations together with the Sales team. You will ensure efficient sales management by creating structures and target oriented sales culture within the team you are leading. Defining sales and action plans for demand and lead generation form a key part of your duties. Your goal is to build our business further with manufacturers, OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in Automotive and Logistics industries. You will also participate developing existing clients and actively looking for new clients and business opportunities internationally. Together with clients and the sales team, you will analyze and define the client concept requirements and plan applicable solutions and cooperation with Forciot tech team. You will work closely together with sales, marketing, business development as well as with tech and R&D team and provide solutions of tomorrow for our clients.
We expect you to have applicable experience with and proven track record in leading sales operations and organizations with in applicable technologies e.g. SW, HW, electronics, sensors, IoT. You have been responsible of ambitious growth targets in revenue, market share and profitability. You have background from building sales teams and partner channels in international environment and scaling up sales forces and operations. You are skilled in modern sales management and have understanding and contacts in partnering models and retail channels. You have advanced skills in consultative technical solutions sales and have solid negotiating skills and understanding of contract and terms forming. Sector experience of Forciot client industries e.g. Automotive and Logistics are considered as advantageous. Most importantly you are interested and capable of inspiring the sales team, building good team spirit and creating passionate approach in team work to provide solutions to match our client needs. Your approach is active as well as client- and result-oriented, and you communicate fluently in English. German skills are seen as an advantage. The work requires travelling. Applicable educational background (e.g. technology or business) is also appreciated.
