Do you want to develop and run international sales in an exciting and innovative environment and would like to work with the major market leaders in the automotive and industrial sector?
We are looking for a Sales Director with responsibility to drive and develop international sales towards our customers. In this role you will be responsible for leading the strategic development of the company's international sales. The responsibility to developing sales, business and customers will be done in cooperation with our international sales team as well as Applied Nanos Surface's competent technical team. You will also have your own KAM responsibility for the strategically most important customers.
In addition to the overall responsibility for developing sales, you are also responsible for leading, coaching and running our international sales organization towards the set goals. You report to the CEO and will be part of the management team.
We seek you who have a relevant technical education at academic level, a proven track record within sales and experience in running, leading and developing sales organizations. To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience as Sales Manager, KAM or Product Manager with sales and team responsibility in e.g. automotive or other engineering-intensive industries. Experience from licensing is meritorious. You master English in both spoken and written language.
As a person, you are driven, creative and have a strong interest in doing business, develop customers, and contribute to and influence results. You have also a genuine technical interest and can discuss technical issues both internally and with customers. You are a social and trustworthy person who can easily build good relationships. You have the strategic ability to see the whole picture where you can clarify the business and the way forward and can lead and develop your sales team with focus on follow-up and performance.
