Lise Redfern has more than 25 years of management experience within brand building, organisational development and professional sales leadership of both international FMCG brands in Norway, such as Procter&Gamble and Mars, as well as market leading Norwegian brands like Toro, Kavli and Q dairy products. The category scope includes both personal hygiene and health care products, cosmetics, pet food, snack food and a number of food categories.
Lise has a long and successful history of account responsibility for Norwegian retail chains in several sectors, including negotiations and cooperation both domestically and internationally. She has also founded, successfully developed and sold her own company focusing on strategy and marketing consulting, as well as a lifestyle store/webshop.
Lise has experience with organisational development, leadership training and change management. She has extensive experience with board exposure and interaction, and holds several boards.
Lise holds a M.Sc degree in economics and business administration from Norges Handelshøyskole (the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration). She is Norwegian/British and speaks both languages fluently.
