Energy-efficient OEM products – Go to Market strategy – international clients

To strengthen the OEM/Energy team, we are searching for a Global Sales Manager with great technical insight and expertise to handle the OEM market.

Responsibilities

Today the company collaborates with several customers on the development of energy- efficient OEM products and the strategy is to grow and expand the market further.

As Global Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing the Go to Market strategy including developing the corresponding product roadmap and value proposition to be used within both the HVAC segment and alternative segments, who can benefit from the company’s energy-efficient solutions available.

You will provide technical guidance and take part in innovation and customization meetings with the OEM customers of modern energy-efficient solutions for a variety of projects with the OEM customer and conduct required commercial negotiations to conclude contracts.
There will be a close and active co-work with the internal sales and documentation team, that supports you daily.

Experience and Qualifications

Today you hold a similar job position and have at least 5 years of relevant technical sales, business development/product management experience, preferably within industries, where fluids are used for energy transfer.

To succeed in your work, we require technical skills, and expect you hold a diploma/bachelor’s degree as Engineer; Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Technology, Marine Engineering or similar. It is an advantage if you have supplemented with a commercial insight within product management, technical solution selling or equivalent. 

As Global Sales Manager OEM it is important to have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and have knowledge of the HVAC industry.
We value your open-minded personality, strong drive, and an ability to pursue opportunities as well as achieve results and respond to the market trends in an efficient and proactive way. 

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. The Travel activity is expected to be 60 days/year. You are expected to work out from the headquarter in Slagelse with the possibility to work partly remote .
