The position

Analyse – Consolidate – Advise – Develop

  • You will actively support the growth strategy of the company in its current market and beyond and you are part of the ICF Next leadership team.

  • You will oversee ICF Next’s client services teams : Account development and Project/Campaign management. The client services teams manage and expand their account portfolios by devising strategies, developing client relationships at a senior level and meeting client objectives.

  • You will mentor and develop both teams and direct them in finding creative solutions for their clients. You also advise them on the strategic direction and associated tactics for client accounts based on a strong understanding of the clients’ marketing, communication and business objectives.

  • You are the strategic point of contact for senior clients and you increase client satisfaction and engagement

  • You will foster relationships with stakeholders (agency network, partners, subcontractors, multipliers) and contribute to the company’s visibility by being present at events and through the support of its thought leadership activities.

  • In direct report with the Managing Director, you analyse and explain the business results and variances to him and other stakeholders.


Strategic - Inspiring leader - Structured

  • You have significant experience in a senior management role or executive level position.

  • You have at least 5-8 years’ experience in a related role e.g. Marketing/Communication Director, Sales director or Country director in a communications agency, public institution or large multinational company.

  • You have sound knowledge of (digital) communication, have insight into businesses & institutions and you are determined to learn about this industry.

  • Input into the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their communication/marketing and business objectives.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a nice to have.

  • You are willing to travel 10% of the time.
