Katie Edwards-Jones


As an associate, Katie support Mercuri Urval with the in-depth assessments supporting clients with hiring decisions, succession planning and talent development, primarily in the UK.

She has a background in executive assessment for selection up to C suite level, primarily CIOs, CISOs, COOs and CTOs and have experience in using a variety of tools to support hiring decisions. Katie is also a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist and has worked with premiership football teams as well as individual athletes, supporting performance improvement and personal development.

She is currently completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology at the University of West England, Bristol and holds an MSc in Sport and Performance Psychology from the London Metropolitan University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton
