Estelle specializes in Executive Recruitment, Assessment and Talents Services for middle and top management profiles, coaching. With her solid HR background, she works with large and international organizations, as well as local companies (ETI). Driven by the conviction that "Performance is All about People", Estelle is very active in Executive and Professional Staffing, companies' Talent Management, collective and individual development.
Before joining Mercuri Urval, Estelle spent 20 years in HR functions within large industrial Groups. She was there responsible of various activities, in different entities, in France and abroad. Beyond the day-to-day operational HR management, she achieved projects of Talent Acquisition and Assessment (recruitment including teams inception, Leadership attributes framework definition). She also implemented projects in Talent Management, such as Expert and High Potential identification and development, Career development, Succession planning, Performance management, trainings and workshop design and facilitation. She also supported Executive Management in Change management prospective, and upgraded HR processes and management practices. Estelle then created her own Advisory activity, oriented to small and mid-size organisations. She realized organisational audits, advised in Talent Management and supported Management teams in Change Management, according to companies' strategy and objectives.
Estelle earned a bachelor in Law, a bachelor in Political Sciences, and a Master in Management. She is coach Certified (HEC).
Estelle is fluent in English, and supports her clients in National and International development.
