The position

Wittur Holding GmbH is currently looking for its very well established production site in Scheibbs an experienced and motivated Human Resources [Senior] Manager (m/f/d) to become a strategic business partner and experienced advisor to both the management and the team of employees. International mind-set and local business understanding are the key elements to succeed in this role.


Your Agenda


  • As a competent and solution-oriented business partner, you will support the local and the corporate management in all HR-related issues such as: recruiting, personnel development, payroll accounting, employment law and employer branding in both day to day and strategical questions;

  • While leading a team of experts, you will design the appropriate strategies to offer employees development opportunities in the company and to support them through continuous further education;

  • You will be responsible for training throughout the company in coordination with divisional managers and senior management;

  • You will develop concepts and solutions for all human resource issues, such as personnel development and assessment, health management, flexible working hours, shift models, etc.;

  • You will be responsible for salary, pay and social policy and related structures in coordination with the management as well as for the correct settlement of wages and salaries;

  • You will be responsible for HR budget planning and compliance;

  • You will lead an efficient cooperation with HR service providers to ensure staffing needs both at peak orders and throughout the rest of the year;

  • You will be representing HR topics at management level and towards the works council;

  • You will participate in the selection and promotion of junior executives in coordination with the management and the responsible divisional managers.



Your Skills


  • An advanced university degree - preferred focus on Human Resources

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience as HR leader

  • Experience in managing transformation projects

  • Extensive understanding & experience as strategical business partner

  • Capability to independently interpret & discuss analytical data

  • Solid knowledge in the field matrix organizations

  • Concrete experiences in dealing with Unions & Employees’ Reps

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Solid expertise in framing & proposing different working times models

  • Sound knowledge of labour law of Austria

  • Good knowledge of Success Factors

  • Understanding of Q.R.Q.C.

  • A pragmatic & collaborative project management approach which delivers results even under pressure 



The compensation package is very attractive combining € 85.000,- base salary with bonus and a company car. The company is open to discuss the base salary depending on your qualifications & experiences.
