Diana van Dijk, based in Brussels, has gained wide knowledge and experience in a large variety of companies and sectors. She has recruited employees on operational and management level in banking, logistics, non-profit, retail, public and health care companies.
After receiving her Bachelor degree in International Business and Languages Diana worked 5 years as a Buyer in retail. Her interest in people resulted in another Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management. In the following 15 years, of which 4 years self-employed, she became a versatile (interim) HR advisor/manager in a wide variety of companies.
Diana is passionate about people and always looking for the right person in the right job in order to bring out the best in people. She has many years experience in career counselling. She's an approved career coach and stress & burn-out coach.
From 2012-2015 she travelled in Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
