Nathalie Palfliet, based in Antwerp & in Gent, has over 5 years of experience at Mercuri Urval, advising both private and public sector customers, in different sectors such as industrial manufacturing, (petro)chemicals, plastics, retail, health care & life sciences, and public institutions such as European Commission and Council.
She works on international Recruitment & Selection assignments at Expert, Management and Executive level, and has extensive experience with talent & Career Management assignments, including assessment & development centres, (management) team development, individual coaching.
She leads workshops on leadership, management team development, professional growth, etc.
At Mercuri Urval Belgium, Nathalie provides internal training for new consultants on performing interviews and assessments.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Nathalie worked for a Benelux company, active in recruitment & selection of legal, financial and banking & insurance profiles. She worked as (key) account manager for Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands, and became responsible for a team of 6 people (recruiters and account managers). Because she was particularly interested in Talent & Competence management, leadership and development, she decided to join Mercuri Urval.
Nathalie holds a Master in Archaeology, a Master Academic Teaching degree, a Post graduate in Business Economics, and one Corporate Performance Management. (Gent University, and Ehsal Management School).
