Responsibilities and tasks

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Organize business meetings with prospective distribution partners and customers
  • Promote the company’s products & services addressing or predicting customers’ objectives
  • Prepare sales & distribution contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing distribution partners and customers
  • Develop FILTROX group sales staff into valuable brand ambassadors

Requirements

  • You have a BSc/BA degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • You have minimum 3 years of working experience as a business development manager or sales executive with proven sales track record
  • It would be of advantage if you’re experienced in customer support
  • You bring high business acumen and ideally familiarity with the foodservice / hospitality market
  • You are able to communicate excellent in English and German, a good command of any further European language is an asset
  • You are proficient in MS Office and in Salesforce CRM software
  • Your pronounced communication and negotiation skills enable you to build rapport
  • Your ability to work independently as well as your distinct planning skills and time management are your most remarkable characteristics
