Mission

Reporting directly to the VP Sales & Marketing Europe, your main mission is to develop the European market by actively managing your markets and your European team.

 

To do this you will need to:

  • Define the European sales and marketing strategy by creating the right conditions for growth in each distribution channel for the European market
  • Dynamically deploy this strategy in the field through your personal actions while animating and giving a vision to your European team with meaning and support
  • Actively collaborate with the European Marketing departments in the creation of ranges adapted to your markets and the optimization/creation of distribution networks with a view to profitability
  • Manage operationally the European Key Account customers entrusted to you
  • Master and manage your P&L in a sustainable development logic by playing an active role in the development and monitoring of the sales budget.
  • Participate or ensure the realization of professional events such as Circles of influence, Exhibitions, etc...
  • Carry out competitive monitoring through regular communication of field feedback internally
  • Ensure regular communication and reporting to your hierarchy

 

Profil

 

With a higher commercial education, you have more than 5 years' experience in a similar commercial management position with a B2B distribution manufacturer (mass markets specialised dealers, retailers, etc.) in an international environment. You are known for your natural agility in sales and for your interpersonal skills in building lasting relationships with your customers. As a network and action person, you know how to identify opportunities and actively implement appropriate strategies. A skilled negotiator, the art of persuasion is a game of patience that you appreciate both for its strategic and relational aspects and its taste for a successful deal. Finally, your sense of teamwork coupled with your strong team spirit makes you a natural leader; inspiring and guiding for your teams.

 

An excellent level of English is required for this position.
