You will be empowered to acquire new clients through networking, prospecting, and other sales activities.. We will equip you to quickly win in the market based on an extensive training program, on-boarding package and regular feedback and coaching from your team leader. We hire consultants who have:
An undergraduate degree from an accredited university
4+ years of direct outside sales experience selling retained executive search or professional services
Strong relationship building capability at the executive level with the ability to influence others
Ability to think and act quickly to solve business problems
A Positive, energetic, ambitious, hard-working and entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to self manage in a fast paced and collaborative environment
Experience working in the following sectors is desirable: Information Technology, Healthcare/Pharma, Hospitality, Defense Contractors and Systems Integrators
