Use your deep HR and business experience gained in an international & industrial environment to effectively support the company’s strategy

Main Responsibilities and tasks

  • Effectively support the company’s and Group HR’s strategy with focus on leadership culture, succession planning, people performance, people development and employee engagement
  • Define the roadmap to people development, team and people performance, succession, leadership cultures and employee engagement
  • Conduct organisational and people analysis (in terms of generic leadership competencies, critical skills, learning needs, readiness, development areas and retention risks)
  • Work closely together with internal stakeholders like Management Board, BU Heads and local HR Managers and use external networks efficiently
  • Provide and supervise the management development programme on Group level and succession planning based on a harmonised people performance management processes and assessed training and development needs
  • Ensure that leadership development takes place at an appropriate level which meets the current and future needs of the company
  • Actively drive the common understanding and actively live the leadership culture
  • Nurture and further develop the Leadership Principles in alignment with the company’s strategy
  • Drive and coordinate the bi-annual employee engagement survey as well as follow up activities
  • Create processes to identify high potential individuals, determine work abilities, and support engagement and retention
  • Measure overall effectiveness: establishing ways and KPIs to measure the total effectiveness of people and organisation development
  • Manage corresponding budgets and forecasts current and futures costs; advise the right course of action

Your skills

  • Bachelor or Master degree (Business Administration, Psychology or similar) with further education in Human Resources Management and focus on people development
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in an equivalent position in an international industrial environment
  • Up-to-date knowhow of modern and effective people and organisation development methods
  • Experience in Change Management processes
  • Solid project management and budgeting experience
  • Can-do attitude – from developing strategy to rolling up your own sleeves to implement the concepts
  • Strategic thinker with strong conceptional and analytical skills as well as strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural fit with a well-established internal and external network
  • High energy level with the ability to energise others around common goals
  • Independent style of working, self-motivated and trustworthy personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong communicator on all hierarchical levels)
  • Proficient language skills in German and English, French language skills are an advantage
