Responsibilities and tasks

  • As part of the newly created market segment “Digital”, you build business by continuously seeking, identifying and closing opportunities
  • Furthermore, you develop the existing partner network for Digital Identity Solutions
  • You attend approved trade shows and other events, generate new leads for digital solutions and develop long-term relationships with potential customers
  • You capture needs of potential customers, internally represent their voice and prepare proposals for solutions
  • You identify future market needs and define requirements for new Minimum Viable Products (MVP`s)
  • You introduce existing MVP`s to the market, offer them in appropriate sales channels by using social media and other suitable instruments and bring them to success globally
  • Another important aspect of the role is to multiply sales opportunities by leveraging on existing business successes
  • You coordinate the delivery and implementation of solutions to customers and provide the first line of contact for after-sales support
  • You set strategic and operational priorities in consultation with direct superiors
  • Finally, you understand and follow the country-specific regulatory, technical and legal requirements

Requirements

  • You have a Master degree in information systems, business informatics, engineering or natural sciences. Alternatively, you can have a Master degree in business administration in combination with a pronounced technical affinity and working experience within a technical environment
  • You have minimum 5 years of working experience in sales / business development for software / digital solutions in B2G and/or B2B with proven sales track record
  • You bring perennial experience with interacting with and consulting customers on complex technical issues
  • Ideally you are familiar with market and regulatory environment for Digital Identity Solutions
  • Knowledge of online marketing and social media tools would be of advantage
  • You can communicate excellent in English and German, a good command of any further European language is an asset
  • You are characterized by an international background and pronounced intercultural sensitivity and are willing to frequently travel worldwide
