In your new role you will be responsible for:
Managing employee life cycle in the local organization
Implementing and aligning HR global strategy locally
Acting as a business Partner for all local functions
Supervising Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management as well as Recruitment
Securing sufficient and relevant workforce
Supporting managers in securing safety workplaces
Developing and implementing relevant employer branding actions
Securing employees engagement, satisfaction and well being
You should be characterized by:
University degree in HR related areas such as management studies, law, economics, finance, psychology, social sciences etc.,
several years of successful HR experience in an international management culture,
Preferred experience in industrial, multinational production company
Proven track record in leading HR function which covers all key HR areas such as Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management as well as all aspects related to Labor Law
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
Must be fluent in English due to international exposure
