Use your profound Sales experience and leadership skills gained in an international and industrial environment to strive for growth. Lead and develop the Sales and Service teams and shape the future of a highly successful, globally growing company.

Main Responsibilities and tasks

  • Leading the departments Sales and Service Organisation Germany with currently 10 people 

  • Strategic and operational management of the sales business with full P&L responsibility

  • Development and implementation of the local sales strategies and service excellence in cooperation with the Head of CAS (clean air solution) Europe

  • Responsibility for the definition, monitoring and implementation forecasts, budgets and medium-term plans in coordination with relevant functions in order to grow net sales

  • Monitoring of relevant market, customer and competitor activities, and identifying and exploiting new business opportunities in all markets and market potentials in order to expand market leadership

  • Direct support of selected key account customers

  • Identifying and promotion of “best practice” in the Sales and Service team

  • Working closely with the CAS Marketing team on local marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Ensuring and monitoring of the use of all necessary Sales tools (CRM) in the aligned team

Your skills

  • Completed education / degree in Economics or Engineering

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C Sales

  • At least 5 years of professional and disciplinary leadership experience in a comparable position

  • Ideally coaching experience and experience in the field of services

  • Knowledge in SPIN-selling is advantageous

  • Good network in the industry (logistics / manufacturing industry) is desirable

  • Ability to analyse and interpret key figures and derive measures

  • Experience in the application and optimisation of a CRM system

  • Experience using classic sales control and reporting tools

  • Full proficiency in English language (presenter level), German language skills are an asset

  • Proficient skills with MS-Office-Package (Word, Excel, PP etc.); SAP knowledge

  • Willingness to travel
