    Your tasks

  • The Sales Director EMEA is responsible for the development and successful execution of the sales strategy within Europe, Middle East and Africa and reports directly to the Vice President EMEA.
  • In this role you will lead a multi-national team which sells premium sports and fitness equipment solutions directly in 11 countries and provides products and services through distributors in additional 27 countries. In your defined area you will be responsible for revenue growth and profitability.
  • Together with your team you will develop sales strategies, redefine KPIs and set action plans in line with the global brand strategy. You will be in charge of the implementation and generation of opportunities to make the business grow together with your team.
  • As a part of the EMEA Leadership Team you will present your monthly business reports and ensure that all stakeholders are well informed and aligned to realize sales plans.
  • Employee development, leadership and multi-national people management are key elements to succeed within this role. Therefore, team and individual development plans as well as incentive plans have to be created to foster the performance-oriented culture.

    Your profile

  • Based on a Bachelors or higher academic degree in Business Administration or related fields, you have gained several years experience in a sales related leadership function within FMCG or similar industries.
  • Furthermore, you have demonstrated your sales skills in B2B markets with an impressive track record in growing market share and increasing profitability.
  • You have developed and successfully implemented sales strategies that are based on solution selling and value-add pricing.
  • You enjoy being in the field with the client and working within a multi-national team developing their selling skills to the best and demonstrate your operational sales and leadership skills.
  • You have a solid understanding of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) as well as strong business, analytical and presentation skills. Good time- and organizational management skills are required.
  • You are passionate about sports and fitness, result-driven and an entrepreneurial professional with excellent English and German language skills, who is able to enhance the overall performance of an entire sales organization.
