The BPM is a part of the Carlsberg Global Business Services (GBS), and is responsible for driving changes and transformation together with Carlsberg group functions for the Carlsberg business. The BPM must build, develop and maintain the architecture for group warehouse management as well as develop and own the three to five year roadmap for warehousing and drive the strategy and continuous transformation.
The applications at Carlsberg are now based on SAP and some third party applications, but going forward all options are open following the cloud strategy. The BPM must design and deploy comprehensive solutions for both partly and fully automated warehouses (policy, process, system, service offering and measurement).
The actual building and implementation of the solutions are done by third parties under the BPM’s supervision and governance.
You are an experienced warehouse process expert who likes to drive change and transformation as well as launch successful initiatives that enable the business to continuously improve both top and bottom line.
You most likely grew up in a warehousing function and slowly moved into technology relating to warehouse management processes, and you have experienced the value that this technology brings. You must have experienced both fully and partly/semi automated environments.
You are an extrovert person who knows warehouse management processes in detail (+5 years’ experience) and the SAP warehouse management applications and tools.
