Central HR role – highly profiled product portfolio
As Nordic HR manager at Pierre Fabre you handle a challenging and exciting job in an international growth-company with a highly profiled product portfolio. You work in a newly established role where you refer directly to the general manager of Pierre Fabre’s Dermo-Cosmétique segment and spend approx. half of your working hours supporting this segment. For the other half of your working hours you will support the pharma segment.
You are responsible for all HR-related tasks in the Nordic countries, and it is your primary job to ensure that the Nordic HR activities support the local strategy and comply with both local law and with the overall policies of the Group.
As the sole employee in Nordic HR, you handle a wide variety of different tasks ranging from undertaking strategic discussions with managers to handling HR administrative tasks such as payroll, holiday, pension etc. You work closely with central HR on all aspects of the HR function, and you collaborate closely with central HR on rolling out HR initiatives such as remuneration policies, recruitments, internal mobility, career management, training programmes etc. Finally you are responsible for proposing and developing relevant HR procedures/tools and ensuring monthly reporting on key HR figures.
As you take on a Nordic role, you must expect some travel days every month primarily to Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Structured, strong HR background
You have a relevant degree within HR and/or Law and more than 5 years’ experience working in a general HR role in a Nordic set-up. Further you have adept knowledge of labour law and taxation law in the Nordic countries which gives you great insight into best practices on each of the Nordic countries.
You are ambitious and thrive in a role where you are challenged, where you have a wide variety of tasks, where no two days are the same and where you also have to work hands on with a number of administrative tasks. You have strong communication skills, and you are able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation – both in Danish and English.
You are thorough, analytical, structured and have good numeracy skills. You are proactive and independent and follow through on your tasks. You are service-minded and social, have a high team spirit and contribute to a positive working environment.
